honestly no reason to complain. excellent food, great-sized and functional room with washer/dryer and separate bedroom plus tv. great and amazing location near to near many restaurants as well as near to nishiki market, could not be better. also, to nearest station.

Thoroughly enjoyed an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning in the room. Had central location close to everything you want to see in Kyoto.

The rooms were fashionable and great-sized, the staff was excellent. A safe box, television and a microwave - very useful. Amazing location of the hotel, with pleasant view. Its good service.

The hotel was ideal with well managed employees with all the services you might need. The location was magnificent for walking around a cyprus-wood castle. And the area was shopping, close to two important subway stations, and train station and downtown.

While the kitchenette was a handy feature, laundry proved to be time-consuming. The location is prime for exploring, with nearby shops and eateries. A notable find was an amazing bakery just around the corner!

We really enjoyed our stay here for 11 nights! The small kitchen was a lifesaver for family meals. The amazing shower helped us unwind after busy days out. The only downside was the bright green light on the smoke detector that bothered me a bit at night. consider bringing a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light. 😊
